"We were upgraded on arrival to a balcony room. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view from the balcony. Staff were great, bar was nice and opens late. Spa facilities were a real bonus. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff were outstanding, from the guys on reception through to the breakfast staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and welcoming, the fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "

"Best things about the hotel are its obvious location to the airport (3min walk) and the fact that it is new. Aspects to improve on are the menu, ‘just sold the last one’ being the obvious one! "

On arrival they didn’t even acknowledge our presence - both tapping away on their computers - until one finally acknowledged us and said the other one would check us in.
