"I made a reservation for dinner at the regular Loews hotel through the front desk of the actual hotel I stayed at. I’m not sure how but they didn’t have it when my friends went to check and drop off the cake. I have the confirmation text and everything so that was irritating. We were able to get in still, there was only 6 of us but I feel as though that wasn’t ok. Other than that, everything was good. "

"Reserved one night for after a Rangers game. Check-in was simple and quick. Great young man helped us with check in and a missing TV remote after we got to room. Hotel was exceptionally clean and room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There was an additional $100 deposit charged in two $50 transactions that caused a little confusion on my part. It was refunded immediately after our stay. "
