"A complete disaster, they practically robbed my money, the numbers at the window to make the check in never answered, they are the worse experience I ever had with a hotel, if you don’t want to lose your money don’t go over there, most of the good opinions are bots "

"When checking in they already said we were checked in because they gave our room to a guest with a similar name. We waited 3 hours for another room to be ready and when we got in we seen cockroaches. The place was not clean, there was a half full red solo cup on the kitchen counter and a VERY nasty dish sponge. We turned around and left the property. When we asked for a refund we were told there is no refund. BEWARE of this place."

"The property is good location it needs a real good cleanup and update. Not sure how the other rooms were. But unfortunately I had the worst room. Was very disappointed. Yes we did book ahead and price was reasonable. But Our room had no mirrors outside the small one in the bathroom. Okay no major problem, but no outlet working in bathroom to dry hair or No hot water for 2 days. It was very low pressure and lukewarm not enough to shower , the toaster and stove needs to be replaced Bed uneven , when told the outlets were not working. I got an extension cord , and no tv. Remote and tv not working The poor genitor tryed but we did not get anywhere. We just made it through for the 4 days. Was told we would change rooms. But that never happened The tiki hut bar is oksy And location good. BUT before the stay need to make sure the room is in good working order I was really disappointed. Hopefully they will update this room. "
