"This was definitely a step above the average city centre hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, and great breakfast including a cooked option which was prepared individually. A nice touch to provide a quality bar of chocolate, and some drinks in the room."

"The hotel is purported to be of 5-star accommodation but in reality is only 2 star based on our experience and the room provided. So small room and basic, no facilities, poor advice on parking nearby. We booked for 3 nights but were so disappointed we left after 2 nights, despite having pre-paid. I feel like seeking compensation for misrepresentation from Expedia or the hotel. I suggest that Expedia remove this hotel from your portfolio and it will caution me from booking other hotels through Expedia in the future. James "
