"We weren't able to stay the night and had to move hotels after just one hour due to road noise and itching terribly when laying down on the very uncomfortable mattress."

"From beginning to end this stay was wonderful. Etienne at the front desk was so helpful with all of my questions and needs. Our server, Avery, was wonderful at the on-site restaurant, food was pleasant and the bloody Mary was fantastic. Ryan at the bar was the most helpful with not only our wine selection but also made me the best coffee based tini on the planet!! Even in a moment of need, this entire staff came together to make sure we had a bottle opener ready and waiting for us in our room when we arrived back at the hotel long after the bar had closed. We could not be happier with our stay."

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the side of the building. It would be nice if the hotel offered a lower-cost self-parking option for guests. The hotel has a fun atmosphere, but addressing these issues would make the stay much better."

"The room was fine except for the noise of the shower. The lobby needs attention and the elevator it’s about to break down. The employees were nice."

"Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure. Going out to eat is great, but if you feel like staying in, the atmosphere and food are great as well."

"This was my 2nd stay at the property & the staff & other guest were pure greatness. I made a few friends on my floor & found out I was named the “The Green Tea Shot Guy”. With the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade being roughly a block over the hwy perfect location to stay for the festivities. There’s also easy access to the hwy which made a smooth way to get to downtown Dallas or other fun places along the hwy. "
