"Good one night stay experience "

"Asked for handicap accessible room, and got unpacked and found no grab bar in bathroom for my disabled Dad. valet couldu find my car/keys, first brought me someone else’s car, asked front desk staff for assist getting car, but they were chatting it up with another employee and then answered rudely when I asked her to help the valet who was stuck behind the parking garage arm….. it was a Cluster! And it was 6 am, so not like they were busy. We were in a hurry to get across town for my Dad’s...
