We truly enjoyed our stay from the moment we pulled into the parking area. We were greeted with a warm welcome and given a tour of the lodge. The room was spacious and cozy. We'll be back for seconds.

Disappointed

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to the condition of the loo in the bathroom which was badly stained and in need of replacement. We were told that it had been damaged and needed to be replaced. This should have been resolved before the room was used by paying guests. The staff were helpful in finding us alternative accommodation in a nearby hotel. In our short time at the hotel Brasteds did not look as in the photos, it was very tired looking and not as expected. We were suprised to find that the hotel and their restaurant were situated on a small business park. So disappointed.
