Detached house on 2 levels. 1st floor (access by an outside wooden staircase): living room-kitchen lounge area, stove (wood included), WC, Bluetooth speaker. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds that can be combined into 1 double bed 160 x 190 cm), a shower room with WC (walk-in shower). Balcony and balcony-terrace. Ground. Cellar for storing skis and bicycles. Beautiful renovated country farm 11 km from Albertville. Small hamlet surrounded by nature, on the edge of meadows and forests, overlooking the valley. Very good comfort. Pleasant mountain and contemporary character. Large balcony-terrace with garden furniture. Very nice unobstructed view of the massif. Detached house located in the heart of nature, 11km from Albertville, famous Olympic city, city of Art and History, and its medieval city of Conflans. Exceptional location at the crossroads of valleys to visit the region (motorway 4km away) and discover various family ski resorts: La Sambuy/Seythenex, Arêches-Beaufort, Crest-Voland... Magnificent hiking or cycling in the different mountains surroundings: Belledonne, Beaufortain and the Bauges Regional Nature Park. Near Tamié, renowned for its Cistercian abbey and its eponymous cheese. At 36km, Lake Annecy, 2nd natural lake in France nicknamed "blue lake" for the quality of its waters. A privileged destination for nature lovers!
