"The hotel itself was ok. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The biggest issue was the temperature of the rooms. They were freezing! It wasn't just mine. My managers room was the same. "Staff were really good, very clean and secure. Room service breakfast was super efficient, rang 10 minutes before to let us know on its way up to room, cooked really good, fresh and hot.
