Enquired about early check-in on 4 different occasions, 3 by phone and one in person. Received a different procedure every time - such bad customer service.
Had booked a twin room. Couldn’t check in until after the wedding I attended so it was nearly 1am in the morning. We checked in, got a key to a room with a very big double bed and what looked like a camp bed. Disgraceful. I had to ring reception, wait for him to come and take us to an actual twin bedded room.
