Luxury with pool, sauna, whirlpool directly by the sea

In an unsurpassable location, directly by the sea, is this luxurious property which has several holiday flats. The flat offered here is a holiday flat on the ground floor of the house. It is very stylishly furnished and consists of a cosy living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom. This flat has its own terrace which is accessible from the living area. It is covered and has a view of the sea and the nearby islands of Krk and Rab. The extremely pleasantly designed outdoor area offers plenty of space to spend a nice time outdoors. Here, the centrepiece is the 30 m² swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, sauna and fitness room. Free private parking is available just behind the house. The rental price includes intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. There is a small boat harbour under the house, where you will find a nice café, a restaurant and the possibility to rent a boat or a boat mooring.

Wirklich schön

Schöner Ort, und der Fitnessraum und die Sauna sind erstaunlich, + der Strand ist direkt die Straße hinunter! Was negativ auffiel war, dass andere Gäste einfach an der Wohnung vorbeilaufen und einen sehen können, und der Lärm von der Straße. Aber insgesamt wirklich schön!
