"According to the advert of the property, you can use the kitchen and the microwave. Moreover, the advert gives you the impression that you can dispose of the whole house. It was a big disappointment when we found out that it is only a Bed & Breafast and you cannot actually use the kitchen. "Appartamento centralissimo, vicino alla Grand Place e alla Borsa. Pulito e attrezzato, letti comodi; è una mansarda per cui alcune zone sono basse e i bagni un po' piccoli. "I loved this hotel, its proximity to the Station (Gare) Centrale was so easy, especially getting in late that last night. And the staff are absolutely SUPERB. Narwen (not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) was outstanding at the front desk on the overnight shift. He was so helpful, professional, and kind, and he guided me on how to order late late-night dinner on my Uber app and have it delivered to the hotel. So great and Rym in the morning at the front desk was also amazing, so kind and helpful, and she stored my bags while I went out and about for a couple of hours to explore before my train to England. I am very pleased with my stay, the room was clean and comfortable and the location and staff can't be beat!!!"
