"We booked the hotel as a last minute stay and was not disappointed, the staff were friendly, room was ideal and even though breakfast was continental it was sufficient. Parking was an added bonus."

"I knew that it was an old building with an interesting history and that is part of its charm, so not surprising that it could do with a bit of maintenance. However, that did not affect my stay. I really enjoyed staying there, the room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was of good quality, well cooked and presented. The situation is lovely and I particularly enjoyed being able to sit on the lawn or terrace and enjoy the view. I was staying on my own but felt quite content, and comfortable to be there. I just needed to get away for a few days break and Knoll House proved to be the perfect place for me."

It was even better than we imagined and my mum won’t forget her 60th birthday. Claire even left my mum flowers and chocolates. Absolutely brilliant stay and definitely looking to book again. "Great location, very nice house with plenty of space for our extended family of 7. Nice outdoor space and gardens. We enjoyed breakfasts on the patio. Very close to beach and walking distance to town for shops. We had some minor issues with a leaking water tank but our host Julia was easy to communicate with. Problem was quickly resolved with minor inconvenience to us. We would definitely stay again!"
