"Very welcoming on arrival, lovely room clean and tidy. The bed was a bit on the small side and the shower could be a bit more powerful maybe a different shower head that is a bit more adjustable so that you can back in the bath a little. Bar lounges were excellent with lovely seating areas and plenty of space.Outside seating gave you a lovely sea view. Food was good but would possibly like to see nuts/crisps available in the bar. My one disappointment was when the draught beer was not working we had to get bottles of beer which was turning out more expensive with the cost of £6 a small bottle compared to £7 a pint, maybe in cases like this a deal should be offered. Any member of staff we came across were cery friendly and approachable. Will definitely be back Would/will definitely return"

"Really lovely break away with my mum. Room really spacious, comfy beds & very clean. The pub offers free parking, very friendly, helpful bar staff and cannot fault at all. Thank you for a memorable stay 😊"

"We had a two night weekend stay. Evening meal was very good and the morning breakfast is excellent. Great choice of continental and help yourself to a full English Breakfast. I recommend paying the little extra for a room with balcony and the wonderful sea views with the Isle of Wight on the horizon. Wonderful helpful staff. "

"Stayed for one night in budget single room. Nice white towels in bathroom with heated towel rail. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Would definitely stay there again "

"From making the booking with our host to arrival communication was excellent. On arrivsl at the property we immediately felt comfortable. All rooms were clean, tidy & felt very homely. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the honest reviews of places of interest eateries etc. Clear instructions for use of kitchen appliances & check out proceedures.Well situated for acessing beach & town so no need to use the car. It was a perfect house & location would definitley recommend & stay again. "
