"This is a very friendly and well-managed hotel with spacious rooms and good service. The location on top of the cliffs above Swanage Bay gives fabulous views both from sea-facing rooms and the well-maintained grass terrace. Steps lead down directly to the sandy beach."
"Unbelievably cheap stay. Lovely en suite room with sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. My first stay in a YHA in nearly 30 years and experience was so good I’m looking to come again. Only gripe would be internet signal in rooms a bit poor "
"I had a very pleasant stay at Quayside Quarters. It’s in a quiet street just off the quay in Poole. My room was clean and comfortable and the owners made sure I got in OK and allowed me to leave my bag in the building for a couple of hours after I vacated the room. I would certainly like to stay again when next I need accommodation in Poole."
"Very pleasant stay, conveniently located for the pier, a bit on the noisy side but the hotel did warn me after I had booked so fair play, would stay again good job all."

"After marrying at the Purbeck Hotel, and having an amazing day, we ditched our normal motorhome accomodation to fast forward almost 26 years to the day to stay here again. It still has the same quirky charm, and John Burt'tastic stone mason salvages a-plenty, and gave us the peace and fantastic night's sleep we were craving. Married with amazing weather, convenience for town, a room looking out towards Swanage Bay, and beautiful sunrises, we had a lovely weekend 👍"
"We booked a last minute getaway and we weren't disappointed. We stayed 2 years ago in October. The room was a small double - very comfortable withvrea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was a bit cramped but lovely walk in shower. Highly was being on the ground floor opening on to the garden was perfect for our dog. He could sniff around in the gardens directly in front of our room freely but we kept an eye to ensure he didn't wander off. Dogs aren't allowed in public areas inside hotel but it was fine as we were able to leave him in the room when we had breakfast and dinner. However, there was a function room we could have used to eat and drink if we needed to keep our dog with us. The staff were all lovely.... very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was really good.... with a great selection and an extra choice of speciality cooked food. Dinner was very nice too with a great choice of food abd excellent service. The dining room had a fabulous view over the bay. In fact, the view over the bay from the gardens was stunning. Steps down to the beach are not for the faint hearted (154!) .....down was fine but up was hard work. You can walk along promenade and walk round on path if you wanted to. We can't wait to visit again."
Cosy, three-bed short walk from Studland's beaches

"The property is in an excellent location close to the beaches, the village shop and in a very quiet road. There is a walk for the dog across the road perfect for first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The house is well laid out, the beds comfortable and the shower room downstairs a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room and all appliances needed.Outside is a comfortable sun trap patio. We would definitely recommend and would like to return."

"This property has a lovely style and is well equipped. Sitting on the balcony with the beautiful sea views was a highlight. The location was a absolutely ideal, being only a 5minute walk into town and to the beach. We had a fantastic stay in this lovely property. Would definitely book again. "
