"Stayed at Haven Hall for a long weekend, the hotel and grounds are exceptional, with views overlooking the sea. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and the extra large king sized bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast was extensive, served in a lovely dining room looking onto the gardens. The owners and staff are welcoming and friendly - overall great hotel in a relaxed atmosphere, would highly recommend."

"A lovely hotel in a superb location overlooking the sea.
The staff went over and above on service, especially at Reception when we had a query and also at breakfast.
The breakfast was really nice, with a good selection of cooked options and plenty of juice and other options.
We made good use of the indoor and outdoor pool and were really lucky with the weather.
We look forward to visiting the Brunswick again!"
"This charming boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially the kind receptionist who helped with my luggage after a long journey.
The hotel feels like a hidden gem, with its cozy, elegant décor, velvet sofas, and soft music creating a peaceful atmosphere. The garden is beautifully kept, featuring loungers and a partial sea view, while the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect for relaxing.
One small downside: a few guests took towels and blankets, which was disheartening, especially for a family-run place that puts so much care into every detail.
Breakfast was a highlight. As someone who’s gluten- and lactose-free, I was impressed by how easily and kindly the staff accommodated me—and the food was delicious.
My room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and I appreciated the personal touch of the animal-loving owners.

"Childish, check in key withheld until dead on 1600. Kitchen had everything needed. Parking was a problem. Ended up parking up by the church A lot of free parking taken up with vehicles that dont and cant move. One dishwasher tablet left for three days. One toilet roll in each bathroom. Towels in two single bedroom leave a lot to be desired. Loved the rear court yard. The pond was delightful"

Great location for getting into Ventnor on foot and Bonchurch beach was easily walkable. Only downside was the road leading to Shanklin, but that was also handy for our day trips.
