Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Night concierge was really helpful, had us checked in and in room within 5 mins, room smelt clean and fresh on arrival. Not sure if we were put in a disabled access room because the bathroom was a bit clinical like a hospital bathroom but was very clean. No TV in room or extra amenities (kettle) whitch i never checked on booking but there was a hairdryer. The only reason for the 4 stars was, we dropped husbands bank card and had to move the bed over to get it. There was a thick layer of dust and rubbish from previous guests. Beds where comfy would book again

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)
