"Loved our stay. It was my birthday & they left a card & 2 mini bottles of wine & water. Had been upgraded to Executive seaview balcony room sadly the weather was atrocious so couldn't use it. Comfortable bed, pillows, lovely clean room & bathroom. Just perfect. Had a nice lunch in Leo's & breakfast was excellent. "

"Alicia (the blonde haired lady on reception - hoping i’ve remembered your name correctly!) was absolutely incredible with looking after us. The food was delicious with a very generous breakfast spread, the spa was clean and tidy. The room was so comfortable and tidy, lovely bed!! only a few things which we feel could improve; the coffee, tea and biscuits were not restocked every day so we often had to call to ask. Flannels and a toilet roll were not always resupplied so we needed to call for those too. Kids were very loud and splashing in the pool so the spa wasn’t always the most relaxing. However, we are so thankful for our stay and we will be back!! Thank you Alicia for making it so special, we hope to see you again on our next visit! 5 stars to Alicia (so sorry if my spelling is wrong!) but please do pass on my praise. "
