"Quick check in, clean room, good coffee and breakfast "

"The hotel itself was nice and very conveniently located in downtown Miami, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. However, there were a few aspects of the stay that were disappointing. First, the hotel staff consistently did not answer the phone, which made it extremely difficult to get assistance when needed. It’s unclear how guest requests are expected to be handled if communication is so limited. Second, there were no microwaves available in the rooms, which was inconvenient—especially for a stay of more than a day or when bringing back food. Lastly, the pool closing at 7:30 PM was surprisingly early, particularly for a Miami location where guests often expect to enjoy amenities later into the evening. Overall, while the location and property itself were solid, these factors impacted the overall experience and could be improved to better meet guest expectations."

"-No chairs in the room. Just a Miss Muffet tuffet. -No separate bathroom - frosted glass around a toilet and a shower within the room space, and a sink in the room itself. So there was very little privacy for each of us (spouse and I). The bed was not very comfortable - a motorized raise/lower affair, maybe to compensate for no chairs or couch. But the price was that it wasn't as good for sleeping as a regular bed. We called to ask for a chair to brought to the room, and the operator said sure. But it never arrived, though we were there for 3 nights. So no follow-through on that. To top it off, the sink was clogged. Positives include an excellent location, clean facility and generally polite staff...but again, poor follow through for us. Overall, we don't understand how the ratings for this hotel are high. It's an example of the current trend to remove room spaces and furniture to save costs, while creating a cool vibe that seems to imply this is the way it should be. We don't agree, and will not be back. "

"This airport 11 minutes away from the port of Miami if you’re going on a Cruise and it has Brickell mall that’s 5 minutes away walking distance "

"Views are epic, area is super walkable and scenic with the best views of Brickell."

"The staff were awesome and friendly. The accommodations were basic nothing extravagant. For the price of the stay, I would expect at least continental breakfast. 7-8 minute walking distance to Bayfront park and tons of shopping areas. Good variety of foods but pricy depending where you eat. Great location if traveling solo because surrounding area was safe due to police presence. Pool was small and only two elevators with room key access to operate. I appreciated daily cleaning with new towels without request. Good view of street from room. "

"We had a great stay at the The Elser Hotel Miami! We had asked about a possible upgrade, and they were able to accommodate us, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful view of the bay. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and things to do, which made getting around really convenient. The amenities were also a highlight, especially the pool, hot tub, and gym. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back!"
