"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent stay , really memorable, comfy, very family friendly , location and staff are great - only things that could be improved were quality of some cooked breakfast items , decor around bath tub and air con (bit difficult to control) but overall absolutely fantastic and probably best hotel in area by far , even versus Radisson. Definitely a fan who would recommend for any kind to stay, any time."

"We booked an overnight stay as we had a concert. It was literally a 2 min walk to the o2 and about a 10 min or less walk to the town centre. It was cheap and cheerful pretty basic but it was really good for us and what we needed it for. Staff were really nice. No complaints from us. "
