We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses. Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."

"It was a standard issue room spacious all clean easy access to bathroom. Breakfast needs a tiny bit of improvement as I also work in a hotel I was excepting a bit more food for the English breakfast but not much was there for it the other things like continentals were more available, Staff are really good and I would recommend this hotels others "
