This small hotel on Lake Como is a great choice for a visit to the area. It is near enough to Bellagio and its attractions (and crowds) in a quiet setting with a nice lake view. The staff was very gracious and friendly. And the chef, just there for guests of the hotel, prepares super meals. Our dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake was magical.

Wonderful place

Absolutely wonderful there. All of the staff there was super friendly. The views are breathtaking. We ate dinner there and it was some of the best food we had for our whole trip in Italy. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a really lovely stay in this property. The room was nice and cosy, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the views were beautiful and the pool was a nice addition too! Breakfast was delicious with a nice choice of continental food as well as the option of a cooked breakfast made fresh for you. It was easy to get to and from the train station thanks to the useful instructions provided and it was quick and easy to get to the main area of Bellagio, about 10 minutes on the bus from the stop right outside (although the bus times were a little inconsistent) overall we had the most amazing time and have already recommended the property to family!

Honeymoon on Lake Como

We loved it here! The communication was top notch, they handled our dinner bookings and had the most beautiful view from their Infiniti pool! Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

The property is beautiful, clean and the service is excellent, the food here is salty so, we didn’t enjoy our dinner that much! It takes 10 minutes of driving to Bellagio and for a furry ride to different small island like (Managio and Veranda) for sightseeing.

This villa is a piece of paradise! The surroundings, the setting, the villa itself and the views looking over the lake are stunning! Beautiful pool, and terrace where you eat your meals with perfect views! And the staff, food and service are all excellent! We ate at the villa two evenings and had 2 outstanding meals! I can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend it. It’s very special! It just might be my favourite place that I’ve ever stayed! We’ll definitely be back!

There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant overlooks lake como.

We loved our two night stay in this beautiful hotel. We were warmly welcomed and the team were all so kind. Our room was comfortable with stunning views over the lake and of the mountains. A stream rushes downhill alongside the hotel which creates a lovely sound back drop. We loved the pool and the beautifully tended gardens filled with rosemary. We ate in the hotel on our second night and it was delicious with excellent service. So lovely to eat dinner and breakfast on the terrace with stunning views. We found it easy to drive into Bellagio but enjoyed relaxing at the hotel. Thank you to the team

The perfect peaceful villa stay overlooking Lake Como! All staff were a pleasure to deal with, helpful and attentive. Fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and eggs/bacon on a morning and coffee/tea facilities in the room with a complementary bottle of water each in the fridge. Bathroom fully equipt with shampoo, conditioner and moisturizers which were lovely. Decor felt very luxurious and clean. We had a car which made it easy to get around, would say it might be quite restricting in this area without a car. All rooms were full and plenty of parking space was available.

Lovely stay, but difficult location

This property is beautiful from the infinity pool to their suites to their restaurant. The staff was very responsive and helpful in most situations. The restaurant was divine and absolutely worth eating at. One major call out about this property is that it is not in Bellagio. It is not walking distance and you must get a taxi or use public transport to do anything. The public transport is horrendous and unreliable and the taxis were outrageously expensive, so while the property itself is very lovely, the location is difficult to manage. I recommend either budgeting 60-120 euro per day on taxis or renting a car/moped as the lack of reliability in transportation will leave you at the bus/ferry stop for hours

Gorgeous property with a spectacular view to the lake. Waking up to such a beautiful scenery every morning was breathtaking. The stairs leading up to the property was very charming and just beautiful. The room was spacious with the basic necessities. This is a private villa so don’t expect a full service hotel. Even though the reception isn’t 24/7, the front desk always makes sure your needs are met before the staff leaves for the evening. The dining area was intimate which feels like you can request any special meals from the restaurant chef and he will deliver. I loved the service and the attention to detail during our stay. Because Uber is very limited in the area, the worst part is trying to find a ride back from Bellagio to the Villa. Taxi is available but also limited. The bus is your best transportation as it is very punctual for pick up and drop off. Asides from inconvenient transportation, the area is just magical and just worth every moment and every penny spent.

This is a precious little hotel. Everything is stellar, but we wish to acknowledge the staff in particular. Nadia, Anna, and Susanna at reception could not have been more helpful. Alfredo cheerfully hauled our luggage up and down many flights. But Andrea, the chef, was the star. Young and very talented, he is going places. His dishes were superb. Our room was interesting. The view, towards the lake, was lovely. The sink, and “periscope“ faucet dropping straight down from the ceiling, was aesthetically pleasing, but not very functional. Other than that, this hotel is perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The Lakeview room was beautiful. I would say if you're looking for a larger room, then book the suite option. However, the staff was so amazing. The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Although it was cold the weekend we stayed in Lake Como, we really enjoyed our stay.
