"The bathroom had a soap dispenser that has dropped onto the floor without cleaning, no shampoo/conditioner, the shower didn't drain, the shower door was lined with soap scum and had black dirt on the inside/outside and on the base. Anytime the person above us walked you could hear them and when any door was shut. Lastly, someone thought it would be funny to set the clock alarm for midnight and then again at 12:15. A horrible night's sleep."

"It’s a budget stay so don’t expect much beyond that. Everything being old is understandable but the cleanliness should be the bare minimum. The air in my unit was damp and bad, it smelled like there was water damage somewhere, turning up the AC on cool or hot didn’t help. This leads to poor sleep, in the mornings my chest would be hurting from the air. Brought this up to the staff but it was dismissed as a locality factor but how come I didn’t have this issue everywhere else?"

"Not a lot of curb appeal but the room was very cute and clean. A real gem. Not as much road noise as you would expect. Beautiful water views. No AC could be an issue in the heat but there was a fan"
