"Second time staying here for one night stay. Excellent. Room is spacious and shuttle bus to airport was consistent, even tried shuttle bus to mall to pass time before flight. All staff was very professional. Great hotel to stay in if going through Narita airport. "

"Room was clean and had all amenities we stayed one night and it was everything we needed. Customer service was excellent, two restaurants, pool and fitness room. Short ride from airport and a even shorter ride to Narita station ( free bus) highly recommend "

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient free airport shuttle with lots of departure times. Room was large enough to spread out, open suitcase easily, comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately there were some tiny flying bugs that looked like fruit flies in the bathroom, probably because of the damp. Otherwise the room was great. Laundry machines on 2 different floors were helpful and meant more chance a machine was available when we wanted to use it. "

"The hotel itself was excellent. The room was small but I was solo and staying overnight only. There was a TV but mounted in a weird place so had to turn myself from the bed in order to watch. I was able to change the language to English and watched Netflix by signing into my account. The air con worked nicely. The shower would start with hot and then get cold and then get hot again. Not sure if that's how it was supposed to be to conserve water or get you to hurry up in the shower. So I had to wait until the water got hot again. The breakfast was good. Rice, mackarel, yakisoba, weiners, yogurt, egg omelette, salad, miso soup. I loved the airport shuttle so make sure you get the schedule in advance so you know what time and where they pick you up at the airport and drop you back for your flight. I think the best thing for me was the laundry. I had just finished one week vacation in Vietnam and did my laundry so when I get home, I don't have to do it. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent hotel!"
