"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "The location was great because my daughter attends Chalmers University which was less than 10 minutes by foot. Public transportation is close by to the hotel to access restaurants and local shops. The staff is always available and very helpful. Breakfast was available and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel rooms very clean and comfortable. Would go back if in the area again. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel just on the edge of the historic centre of Gothenburg. Hotel felt upmarket, rooms were great, beds comfy, was a short walk from the bus station so handy for getting to and from the airport, and whilst not quite as central as other hotels, it was only a 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and shops and the old town and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was fantastic - amazing selection "
