"We were extremely happy with our stay at The Ashley Inn. Our room was perfect. Not one complaint from us. We were very satisfied with the breakfast. Good amount of seating for a somewhat small room. Good selections for adults and kids. On our third day there, I watched an employee by the name of Trish, work non-stop (until I interrupted her work by talking to her. She was so very nice) keeping the breakfast room clean and stocked. The people at the front desk always greeted us going in and out. I had a question on my bill, when I got home, I called and talked to Hichan. He looked into the problem and fixed everything to my complete satisfaction. "Lots of breakfast options and things were hot!"

"I booked this room for my friends wedding anniversary. They had no water in the room until 9pm and then it was only cold water. They were not able to use the jacuzzi tub and took a cold shower. They spoke with several staff members and were just offered excuses. I then reached out as well. They did nothing to make up for this. They didn’t even return my communications."

"It was nice to have a place to go that excepted dogs and the rooms were clean. The restaurant needs some help with customers service as it took about 20 minutes to get someone to help us and take our order, but on the upside the food was delicious. "
