"We stayed in one of thr courtside rooms. It was a little dated, but the bed was comfy. Great place to stay for families. The pool and game room were a highlight. Staff is very friendly and met all our needs."

"This is an older facility but it is being taken care of. We had three sets of travelers. We all had different hotels booked. The other two were so upset about their accommodations they ended up (without realizing) at our hotel. They were so happy with this one. Like I said it is older but it is nice. "WHat a unique and special experience at Cape Lookout! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the helpful staff, Zach & Nichole in particular, the super comfortable Dome that accommodated us and our two dogs, the view of the ocean from our Dome, and the overall thoughtfully curated furniture, bedding, necessities provided to make it feel like luxury glamping! We were so close to Pacific City for food/beach, and also only 30min from Netarts where we dined at Schooners. The drive north is one of the most beautiful stretches along the corridor, highly recommend it. There's a drive on beach just a block from the entrance to the driveway of Cape Lookout that we went to with our pups, loved the convenience of the drive there since we had to cross the hwy, which is a slow stretch so not dangerous by any means. But it's a trek up the hill to the parking lot then the cabins which are located above the parking lot. If we had one criticism it's having to use communal bathrooms that were located up the road a bit from our Dome. There are Domes that are right next to, we just got placed further away. With that, the bathrooms are very nicely appointed and comfortable. They have AC and heat for the hot or cold days. We loved the convenience of the staff driving us from checkin on the golf carts to our Dome and also whenever we wanted a ride down/up we just had to call or text them. They make it easy and comfortable for you and your pups, beds, bowls and treats were provided for them!"

"We LOVE the location of this property. We love that we can come, park and not leave the area for a few days unless we want to- we love the sleepy little town, the locally owned cafe and restaurants and the lovely beach. We can sleep with our window open at night and listen to the waves crash in the background- it works for us! Check in was a bit tricky, but in the end, we got it figured out-"
