"Check in was smooth. Elevator was dirty, hallways a completely disgusting, plus the carpet had wrinkles throughout out it, I tripped walking to my room. My bathroom had black hairs in the tub and on the floor. The rail on bed frame sticks out about 4 inches , enough to catch your leg "ouch"! The fridge froze everything I put it that brought fresh from my sons house. I couldn't adjust the temp in fridge. The breakfast was weak, most hotels that serve conntinalal breakfast have some sort breakfast sandwiches., the waffles were great. Coffee was empty for 20 mins or so! No fresh fruits. I will not return to this hotel. The bed was comfortable. Sincerely Ret. 1Sgt."

"The room was gorgeous! Amazingly clean. The newly remodeled rooms have lighting above the headboards. We could not figure out how to turn them off. I called the front desk twice. The first time, I was told it was the middle button for the bedside lamps. 2nd call, "it is the middle button, just look for it, it is not easy to see. You'll find it." The button was actually behind the phone. Someone may want to inform the night desk person."
