"One of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life. The location is great (use the beach entrance at the back of the hotel!) and the staff is so attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful and I wanted to stay in more than go out. I enjoyed my room and view. They have so many conveniences at the hotel that you will be so comfortable. The only issue I had was hammering in the morning but that was a one-off. I would highly recommend this hotel. Give the housekeeping team a raise because they were so great!"

"What a perfect little place our family had of 4. Santa Monica Pier, beach muscle park, dining options were all within a 5 min walk! Parking garage was great so we didn’t have to deal with pubic parking. (Small space but fit our small SUV just perfectly). No stove but we made it work with the toaster oven and microwave. Beds were cozy too! Would definitely stay again! The host was quick to respond as well and let us check-in a couple hours early which was awesome! "

"Just can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From the check in to check out. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous and we were lucky enough to get the Malibu view but all views are really special. The Penthouse restaurant and bar had impeccable service as well and the food was as amazing as the view, if not more so. It was really beyond our expectations. We will be back. One note, I was initially surprised by the $68 per night valet parking charge. But, was very quickly won over because they invest that fee in service. The valet station was always well staffed and after calling from the room we never had to wait a single moment for our car once downstairs and we went in and out multiple times over our stay. Truly a case where you get what you pay for. Absolutely worth it. "
