In Orihuela Costa (Torrevieja) in a unique location between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca, with direct sea views. Here you will find this nice 74 m2 three-room holiday apartment El Canario Azul with sea view. There is a spacious balcony and a large private roof terrace (40m2) for sunbathing. Everything within walking distance!

This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Free 5G WiFi and Smart TV with all Dutch and many international channels. Under the apartment there is a secure private parking space. The holiday apartment has a very good sunny position on the South East. Within the well-maintained complex there are four swimming pools.

Orihuela Costa borders Torrevieja and is located on the Costa Blanca South, approximately 40 kilometers from Alicante airport. On the Orihuela Costa you will find the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Orihuela Costa, together with Torrevieja, is a very popular holiday resort with a great nightlife all year round. The quality of the beaches and bathing water meet the high requirements of the E.U. There are several golf courses nearby such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin.

The holiday apartment El Canario Azul is located in the quiet apartment complex La Calma and is fully furnished. There is a spacious kitchen with extensive cooking utensils, oven, microwave, table grill, fridge-freezer combination. Eating out costs little; but the kitchen is ideal for preparing a good meal yourself. Of course there is also a coffee (cups) machine, kettle, washing machine/dryer and of course good air conditioning.

There is (free) fast Internet with 5G WiFi and Smart TV with all Dutch and international channels. Bed linen and towels are provided. Energy is NOT included in the rental price. €0.30 per kWh (meter available) will be charged for energy consumption.

Are you coming with your own car or renting one on site? The holiday home has its own covered, secure private parking space within the La Calma Complex (no extra costs). No car? Much is within walking distance, but public transport is also well organized here. You will find a bus stop a short distance away.

Within the well-maintained residence, there are four swimming pools and large gardens with plenty of sun and shade. The beaches of Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima are in the immediate vicinity. Within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja there are several beaches and local shopping centres. It is estimated that there are more than 1,000 restaurants and terraces in Orihuela Costa and the immediate surroundings.

Right opposite the holiday apartment is the Lidl supermarket and the Euro Bazar superstore. There is a small shopping center with another supermarket 50 meters away. There is a bank, ATM, terraces, restaurants, a Burger King, a gym, miniature golf, a gas station, a bus stop and much more.
There is also a nice complex with about 40 restaurants, from cheap to more expensive, but still cheap, 200 meters from the holiday home. There is also a hair salon, a dentist, a vet and a number of other shops here.

Within the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment is also the well-known “La Zenia Boulevard” where numerous large and smaller shops are located. C&A, H&M, Primark and many other well-known stores. La Zenia Boulevard also has an extensive range of terraces and restaurants.

There is a very large underground parking garage with lifts and roller tracks, which runs underneath the entire complex. Parking is free everywhere, including in the parking garages and even on the beach. There are also plenty of free parking spaces nearby for disabled people.

Every Saturday there is the large Playa Flamenca street market close to the holiday apartment, with many hundreds of stalls spanning a length of more than a kilometer on both sides. There is something to do in the area every day.

Sun, sea, beach, shops, restaurants and numerous nice places and sports options including water sports and golf, you will find it all a short distance from this holiday apartment.

Highly recommended!

A fantastic five night stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment was in superb condition - really comfortable and well sized for my family (two adults and two kids). We loved looking out to sea from the balcony at night. The complex is fantastic - several pools to choose from, which the kids (and us) loved! It’s in a great location too - near some fantastic beaches, with lots of nice restaurants nearby, as well as plenty of shops too. The hosts were fantastic - great communication throughout, and a really easy check in process. I’d highly recommend this apartment!
