Very friendly and efficient staff. Quite a remote pleasant location frequently used by various football teams for training. Return taxi journeys to the hotel were almost impossible to find. The hotel do arrange taxis from hotel to required destination but the same taxis won’t pick up out of their zone particularly during July/August. Car hire recommended if visiting during the busy months.

Previously high standards have fallen
I have stayed here many times and been really pleased. This time, however, there has been a real drop in the usual high standards. I did not have warm water for a shower throughout my stay and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. When I reported the issues I was met with indifference and they were not resolved. Service in the restaurant was also mixed, brilliant one day and abysmal the next

A very nice hotel with a great golf course, also close to other good golf clubs in the area. The hotel also has a very good restaurant as well.

Lovely relaxing stay
Lovely location, clean facilities and friendly staff. Very comfortable room with kettle facilities and TV. Wonderful service. Only problem we had was our key card to room not working on 2 occasions where we had to get it reprogrammed.

Great area high up over the countryside, great looking golf course food in the restaurant very good although breakfast buffet could have better variety, most peaceful place to stay at a reasonable cost.

Superb hotel with very clean and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast and evening meals, with polite and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and food in the restaurant was very good. Great tennis facilities. The only thing that we were very disappointed at was that the pool was not available. We were told that it wouldn't be available until July therefore we had no where to sunbathe/chill out or to swim.

Property was lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast was disappointing. Smoke alarm flashing red light made it hard to sleep. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

We stay here a couple of times a year when we visit friends. Nice hotel although a bit noisy ie other guests. Will be back at Easter

Fantastic views but dominated by dated style.
Out of season visit. Beautiful view of the golf course and sunset from junior suite. Overall, the decoration of resort is dated, possibly to the Austrian Hapsburg era.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel team were very friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, especially the restaurant team. My only complaint is that the wi-fi in our room was pretty much non-existent, and in these COVID times of completing forms prior to travelling was stressful.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the outdoor space is very beautiful as well with all the plants and nice buildings. It has a look of a five-star hotel, but the service is not up to 5* so 4* is the most accurate description. The only disappointment was the service at the restaurant outdoor patio where I ate twice. The first time it was understaffed and it was hard to get any attention. The second time the waiter forgot to bring me the water and when I asked him for it he looked astounded and brought still water instead of sparkling. I was charged for both of them, however. I hate when restaurants don’t deliver everything I order and then make me pay for undelivered items.

Da die Familie meiner Tochter in der Anlage des Golfresorts ein eigenes Haus besitzt, habe ich im Hotel nur geschlafen Einmal haben wir als Familie das Frühstücksbuffet genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden.- Das Team des Reinigungsservice ist mir immer sehr freundlich begegnet.

God frukost, städningen var bra. Men trappan upp till rummet var lång. Jag bodde bättre än mina vänner, som bodde privat. Gjorde fina promenader. Åt middag på hotellet en gång med vännerna, god mat även då.

Kunne vært meget bra, men en fryktelig nedtur nå
Dette er et sportshotell med flott beliggenhet. Vel å merke må en ha bil eller taxi for å komme dit. Når hotellet bare har svømmebassenget ute åpent i juli og august i følge resepsjonen må en jo lure på hvorfor. I tillegg er det lille treningssenteret steng (vi fikk grinet oss til at de åpnet det for oss) og når greenene i tillegg var stengt og en måtte spille på vintergreener er alt som hotellet står for ikke til stede. Vi spilte en runde. Ingen lavere pris selv med vintergreener. Betalte nok 1200 ink. bil, køller, green gaffel og 5 baller. Helt håpløst og putte på vintergreener. Når vi stod opp og skulle dusje før vi skulle dra hjem til Norge var vannet borte. Resepsjonen viste ikke hvorfor. Måtte a like vel betale full pris ca 6000 nok for 5 netter. Når en bor på et sportshotell og utendørs svømmebassenget er stengt(fikk ikke lov til å benytte innendørs bassenget) , treningssenteret stengt, greenene stengt da har en ingen ting på dette hotellet å gjøre. Oppfordrer alle som evnt. bestiller her til å ta kontakt med hotellet før de reiser dit for å forsikre seg at alt er åpent. Var der i begynnelsen av juni 28-34 varmegrader varmt. Får hotellet i orden disse tingene og vann på rommet er det et flott sted og bo. Solrikt, utsikt, god parkering og et bra renhold. Sengene er beinharde og burde vært byttet ut for lenge siden, men det kan en leve med i 5 netter. Slik hotellet fremstod denne gangen vet jeg ikke hvilken kundegruppe som de henvender seg til. Dejligt hotel i smukke omgivelser.
Dejlig oplevelse efter at have kendt baren og restauranten siden de åbnede, men vores første ophold på hotellet og absolut ikke det sidste. Værelserne er dejlige men de kunne godt lægge topmadrasder på sengene så ville det blive perfekt. Yoghurt på morgenbuffen vil også gøre lykke.
