Wonderful 2 Bedroom Apartment in La Zenia, walking distance to amenities & beach

Our two bedroom ground floor corner apartment is situated inside a secure gated complex and is close to one of the two communal swimming pools that our guests have access too. The property has an outside terrace/porch with table and chairs for outside dining and a paved front garden for enjoying the Sun. Inside the apartment we have a spacious lounge/dining area with air conditioning, comfortable sofa's and a table and chairs for inside dining. Our kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The Kitchen also has a door leading to further outside space. The bright master bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe space and a bedside table but no air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, bidet and toilet. The apartment also has Hair dryer, superfast wireless internet (WIFI) and English & Spanish TV.

Excellent accommodation

Great accommodation - just as described. Aircon in the lounge is excellent - the other air on in the main bedroom is a little noisy but does the job! 3 minutes walk to la zenia boulevard and plenty of bars and restaurants within staggering distance !

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment! The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were excellent, and the charming front garden was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The location couldn’t be better—just a minute’s walk to the pool, only five minutes to a great selection of cafés and bars, and about ten minutes to the boulevard, which is full of restaurants, shops, bars, and even a bowling alley.Two supermarkets are right at the end of the road, so there’s really no need for a car. Ian, the host, was absolutely fantastic—always quick to respond to any questions and incredibly helpful, even arranging our transfers to and from the airport.I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son, and they both loved the apartment as well as the convenience of having everything within walking distance. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Fab apartment in a great area

The apartment was spacious with all the things you could need for the perfect stay even chairs for by the pool, we had a great time. Close to bars and restaurants and a great onsite communal pool

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is lovely & spacious. The owner has gone to great detail to ensure it has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Plenty of pool chairs, gold clubs, kids toys, towels, etc. The location is perfect for the main visit points & the apartment has been kept to a high standard. We would definitely stay again. Great apartment

Apartment was very clean. 2 minutes walk to la zenia boulevard shopping centre and 5-10 minutes walk to bars etc. A really good place to stay and we will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing Apartment

Apartment had everything required plenty of room and UK TV made it home from home. Excellent service from Nigel including collection and return to the airport. Apartment in very good location nice pools and easy to go to the beach (pleasant walk) . All in all very nice holiday.

Great Location, Very Good apartment

On our last day today and we had a great time on our five week stay.The apartment was spacious and well laid out and easily accessible to anything you needed.The la zenia boulevard within 5 minutes walk and a variety of pubs closeby.Their was a good mixture of nationalities in the complex and also friendly permanent residents.All in all a very good place to spend a holiday.

Beautiful home

Ian you have a beautiful home, location is great, very quiet street, within five minute walk you have supermarket and Lidl, ten minutes to Alcampo where there are lots of shops, and within fifteen minutes lots of bars and places to eat. The surrounding of your home are very clean, the house itself could do with a good dust, beds comfy, need more hand towels, only had one but plenty of bath towels, would return.

Near to everything. 8 minutes walk to Lidl. 7 minutes to nearest restaurant. The apartment is perfect for two persons. Two pools. Is recommended. Pia and Ronny from sweden.

Beautiful apartment, spotless and neat all amenities

Beautiful apartment, exactly as pictured and spotless. Ian was a great host and excellent communicator. He arranged our transport from Alicante and provided us with so much info about the apartment before we arrived. There was air con, beach towels, bath towels, chairs for the garden, excellent wifi and tv. Instructions are available in the house which helped. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed to cook home cooked meals. The garden was a nice space for the kids to play. We had the choice of 2 pools. One was more for adults and the other had mainly kids so it was a good mix of both worlds. Mercadona and lidl are 5 min walk as is Zenia Boulavard. Paddy’s Point is about 8 mins. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again!

apartment spacious, clean, well equipped but a bit dark inside so needed lights on most of the time, Big TV with good reception, bed comfortable, nice shower, has air con which was needed as it was around 30o most of the time. Pool lovely (Best part of holiday) was warm but small however there are no depth markings anywhere and as I have angina I need to be able to put my feet down and know where I can. You are expected to take your own sunbed from apartment but they were too heavy for us in our 70s to do this ea time.There is also a smaller pool on site which we didnt use .It is close to shops etc but nothing on site its more of a residential complex. Host was welcoming and does airport runs which we didnt know about beforehand. All in All a good stay. Didnt go to beach as walking was too far for me so cant comment on beach area. Lidl and other supermarkets are close but the oven in aprtmnt doesnt work and for a self catering aprtmnt it should be replaced i was told people dont usually use it? I did and it made pizza charcoal in about 5 mins so beware. Hob and microwave both work plus toaster and kettle and Fridge Freezer ate breakfast at Murphys Bar,one time fish and chips at Dianes chinese buffet in boulevard was expensive and not very nice also MacDonalds opposite Lidl.another bigger supermarket behind Lidl and a massive one in the boulevard. Market on Friday but a lot of tat being sold. If you want a peaceful comfortable stay i would recommend it But La zenia too quiet
