"everything was excellent, the ladies who attended us at the reception when we arrived were super nice, one of them was on her first day, the rooms were super spacious and clean, my children loved the pool with the slide, the breakfast was repetitive but good, the only bad thing was the rude attitude of the man at the bar, on Wednesday my children were eating ice cream sitting at one of the tables next to the pool, the truth is I don't know if one of them dropped a napkin on the floor or if the napkin was already there and he comes and says "they ate with their feet" super rude and despotic, and because of that we didn't even go to buy any drinks because of his attitude, we went to the restaurants that are outside the hotel a few steps away, from then on everything was great."

"Absolutely love this property. We were assigned to the newest bldg Bldg 29 2bedroom 2 bath villa and it was amazing.very spacious and easily holds a family of 6 comfortable. Beds are so amazing the pool is nice as well as the marketplace. The timeshare presentation wasnt bad at all. I'd definitely stay here again"
