Easy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.

First time staying and is very comfortable, front deal person 10/10 on their attention. Price was good for a weekend. Room was clean perfect for just to stay and sleep. I truly recommend this hotel to stay. Stays in between Altamonte and Winterpark you have choose a perfect stay.

Best trip ever!

Our stay was fabulous! It was a beautiful suite and it was also huge! The staff was so nice and everything was so clean and tidy. They baked fresh cookies when we first got in and they were delicious! I would stay again and recommend. My stay was lovely.

Great staff, pretty nasty room

We were nervous staying here and left a night early. It’s very old/run down, half the time to keys didn’t work, and the room wreaked of old sour bleach. On the upside, the staff was amazing, super helpful.

Overnight stay.

Just an overnight stay. It was in a good location for what we needed. It was easy to check in and out. The bed was okay but the pillows, they were horrible. We felt safe and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean. Rooms had a refrigerator in the room.

I think I found the right place to rest. My job is hard work in construction and after a long day of work and what you want is to rest and there I feel very comfortable, safe and cozy. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is acceptable. I am satisfied.

The hotel room was very nice very clean. I’d just suggest they close the bathroom door and clean well there. The breakfast was terrible and not worth it. But the room was nice safe big and comfy

Outside this hotel, as i walked toward room 210 smells like poop. The stairs were dirty. For $100 a night, i should not have smells poop everywhere, as i walk around. I had to be prisoner in my room. Only inside the room smells decent. This is a shame
