I have stayed at this hotel many times throughout this year and last year and I have never had a bad experience. The front desk is always so helpful. The room is clean the area. It’s heavy traffic, but you expect a little bit of noise at night but I’m a hard sleeper so that’s never been a problem. It’s convenient. It’s affordable and it’s perfect for a solo traveler.

Staff seems courteous, room smelled strongly of perfumed cleaner, no blanket to be found and the coverlet for the bed was as thin as a sheet. Otherwise, it was fine, and clean.

WiFi was horrible. The area Maitland is really nice and high class in my opinion! They gave me a dirty room at first and I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The second was sooo clean I can smell the bleach as soon as I walked in which is completely ideal! Everything was great. The breakfast is just muffins, yogurt, bagels, coffee, water and cereal. Overall it was good I would stay here again! If you’re looking for something cheap and comfortable this is your place. Just make sure you check the room first. Prepare to buy breakfast & have hotspot.
