Great property with themed room that the kids really loved. Some things were broken (i.e. deck chair, closet door). Carpet could use a cleaning but in general the property was clean. The listing was not clear about the towel and toiletries situation. It wasn't until we got check information that we were told there was one towel set per person. The towel set did NOT include a wash rag, only a bath and hand towel. On the flip side, there were plenty of pool towels. Just not sure why you would limit the towels so much. Included soap and shampoo was minimal but was less of an issue. That was our biggest complaints. But again, overall, it was a good property and would recommend.

Overall, the house was nice and easily accommodated our group of 17. However, there were a few issues. The cleanliness was lacking—we found leftover trash at the top of the stairs, stains on the sheets and bedding, a stained carpet in the Wonder Woman room, and the mattresses were in poor condition. We also experienced plumbing issues; two showers backed up with standing water after just one use due to hair-clogged drains (luckily, we had a plumber in our group who fixed them). Additionally, the 100 daily fee for the grill felt overpriced. Finally, I’d highly recommend adding a sectional sofa in the living room, as the current seating just isn't sufficient for a house that sleeps this many people.
