This place was great. It was so close to the parks and stores and restaurants really nice area. The clubhouse was a big get with the kids. I highly recommend.

First off, I want to acknowledge that my standards are extremely high for all VRBOs. We had a total of 8 people in our party. Highlights of Our Stay:- The location and community facilities were great. - The sleeping arrangements, bedrooms, and bathrooms were set up perfectly for what we needed.- Washer/dryer was great- Facilities (trash) was awesome - Property mgt was very responsive when needed- Water pressure was great Areas for Improvement:- There were a handful of small repairs that could have been fixed easily to make the house feel more well-maintainedā€¦ toilet not flushing on the main level, towel bar falling out of the wall, tv flickering and mount insecure.- The pillows were awful - highly recommend bringing your own. - The house was fairly clean on the surface. I know itā€™s Florida. But we found a couple of dead roaches in bathroom cabinets and had small bugs on an upstairs dresser.- Bath Towel quantity was not sufficient. With most bathrooms being shared, we needed far more towels than were allotted. We elected to just wash them frequently. - Kitchen Supplies were lackingā€¦ pans were all scratched/scorched. No dish towels. No oven mits. Not enough garbage bags were supplied for our stay. However the towel, mits, extra garbage bags were promptly provided by property mgt which was great. - We always like to leave a place better than we found it and would have loved to have a small vacuum to help keep the floors clean.
