With only 31 apartments occupied by the same families for multiple generations, you are assured a safe, pleasant and friendly stay. The apartment balcony is only a stone throw away from the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise. Walk the beach and cool off in the pool. Great location to enjoy Disney, Daytona International Speedway, Bike Week and Fishing. The building has on site management who live on the property. With the more than fully stocked kitchen and the BBQ, you will want to eat in, there is no better view of the ocean than from the dining table in this home. You will know what we mean the first time you sit there.
