If you find yourself visiting Otranto, this is a GREAT spot
I recently stayed for three weeks at this VRBO and it was great! The place itself has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Maria was great prior to check in, day of check in and during my stay. The location cannot be beat you are short walk away from everything Otranto has to offer. There is mercato (market) across the street which supplies just about everything you need. Next to that is a macelleria (butcher shop) if you are looking to cook at home. The beach and the boardwalk are a short two minute walk in addition to numerous restaurants, cafe's/bars etc. The location cannot be beat! The flat has plenty of space, plus a balcony, all the cooking supplies you need and a washing machine with a drying rack on the balcony. When, not if, we return to Otranto I will be coordinating with Maria to stay again!

Great Location and wonderful host
We stayed 2 months in Otranto at this unit. The location was superb with easy access to Otranto’s old town, boardwalk, and beaches. The unit was well supplied with everything you would need for a stay, although for a longer stay the kitchen counter area was a bit small. Having a garage to park in is highly recommended in Otranto. The garage was underground the apartment complex and gated. The apartment complex was a bit noisy, mostly because of a dog that lived there and barked day and night. The host contacted the building manager on our behalf and hopefully the situation will be rectified soon. With a longer stay we did have a few things that needed addressed and the host Maria was super responsive and easy to work with.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Catia à Otrante. On a été très bien accueillis, l’appartement était bien décoré et spacieux, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. L’emplacement est extraordinaire car vous êtes au cœur de la ville, ce qui permet de choisir entre les plages et le centre historique, et en deuxième ligne nous étions au calme pour dormir après avoir profité de l’ambiance du soir. Le parking est vraiment un plus pour explorer sans difficultés les alentours sans perdre du temps à chercher une place. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour car cette région est pleine de trésors à découvrir.

La casa è comoda e ben accessoriata. La posizione è il top. Al centro di Otranto a due passi dalle mura. Inoltre, col garage, sei in centro e non hai problemi di parcheggio.

L'appartamento è molto confotevole e spazioso. Provvisto di tutto il necessario con un bel terrazzo e soprattutto con un garage che è un valore aggiunto in una cittadina come Otranto!.la posizione è fantastica, a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo se confrontato con altre offerte che ho visualizzato. Lo consiglio assolutamente e spero di tornare presto. Un grazie alla proprietaria Maria Grazia.

Wer mittendrin sein will, ist hier richtig!
Gut ausgestattet, extrem zentral mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse. Einkaufen geht direkt gegenüber, ein Auto ist hier nicht notwendig. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich :)
