Did not hsd breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Otherwise its a good hotel. If staying with kids i would say avoid, since breafast is not included.

Lord Elgin Hotel
I loved the place though the renovation was taking a lot of its charm but it’s a matter of time before it gets back to excellence again.

Didn’t use gym but room and overall hotel are spotless and well equipped Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. And terrific central location
