"We love staying at Caesars. Only complaint is that the pool was too cold! I appreciate that there is an effort to cool the water given the high outdoor temperatures, but it was a bit much. Too cold to really enjoy. Otherwise, everything was fabulous!"

"The staff is excellent!! The pools were awesome, except they all closed at 6pm. Be careful if you just pick up anything in the room…they will charge you. Coffee was not free in the room and we could not use the refrigerator for personal items. Also the TV was not working but they fixed it in about an hour."

"Parking and making door to hotel initially difficult to find as there are a couple le of hotels in the same location Desk staff member when I checked in was very rude. She explained something to me very quickly and I was very tired after a long day and did not get it She was condescending and just plain rude. Staff at the desk should understand that sometimes travellers come in and they are very tired"
