Good location mind the stepa

10 minutes by bus or cab from center of Oxford and several pubs are walking distance with a small convenience store across the street. The stairs are very steep and small and the second flight twists dramatically. Comfortable but no air conditioning. buaircinditionkng andnthenstairs

Perfect Retreat!

Had the most wonderful stay at Port Meadow View with my family. The home is beautiful, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed to feel like home for our 10-day stay. The back garden and patio are divine, so we cooked and ate dinner outside on several nights and I enjoyed sitting there to read. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we slept soundly. It was great having the local convenience store just across the street and we also enjoyed visiting the local Wolvercote pubs! Although not a problem for our 6 and 8 year old children, one of the three bedrooms is on the top floor and the stairs are quite steep and narrow, which could be difficult for some guests to navigate. Truly a gem if you’re looking to stay just outside the Oxford City Centre. We’ve already recommended this home to several friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
