"We had a great stay overall and experienced no issues during our visit. The room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside for me was that the bed felt a little too firm, but that's largely a personal preference. One thing to note is that there isn't really a dedicated lounge or common area to sit and relax outside of your room. The main gathering spaces are the restaurants and bars, so it can feel a bit awkward if you're not ordering anything. That said, the rooftop bar was a highlight of our stay—the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"Outdated hotel, where they just try to make money of everything. The restaurant doesn't exist,just bar with few options like pizza and burger. I can't believe they have four stars. They pretend to offer loyalty but option are reduced to nothing.That is after spending 3k in the place ."

"Horrible, Horrible!! I arrived at 5pm. My room was not ready. I went and had dinner. After dinner which was approximately 8pm and my room was not ready!!!! I was upgraded to a suite however when I entered the room it was a sauna. The air conditioning unit never worked consistently. For the next 2 days I needed to call 3 times per day to get air and finally on the third day I was moved to a different room. I was not provided a refund for 1 night stay as promised by management. Not a good value for your money. The images of the lobby look great. Do not be deceived."
