Benefiting from an unbeatable sense of spaciousness, the holiday home is surrounded by seemingly endless fields and greenery, as well as offering a capacious garden for ball games and summer BBQs. The accommodation is laid out with three wonderful bedrooms happily hosting any group of six guests, an ideal choice for holidaying as a set of couples, a gang of friends or a beloved family. It’s even dog-friendly, so feel free to bring up to three canine companions along for a truly recuperative getaway.
Appealing to any family or larger group, the property offers two separate lounge spaces, each with a TV and wood burner or open fire for cosy nights in. Set children up with a family-favourite film on the first-floor snug as you relax downstairs, the snug also can be used as an office space with two desks with stunning views from each desk. The hub of the house is its open-plan kitchen/diner, a large room that’s made for mealtimes and boasts French door access into the large, fully-enclosed garden space. All three bedrooms can also be found down here on the ground floor, accompanied by two bathrooms and a versatile utility space in the outshed.
Whilst your nearest beach is just 1 mile away at Treyarnon Bay, this vibrant pocket of rural Cornwall is studded with so many exquisite beaches to be discovered, all within a 5-mile vicinity and only 5 minutes from Trevose Golf Club. Stroll along the clifftops following the celebrated South West Coast Path route to see them all. Any seafront walk should be ended in Padstow (4 miles), the bustling harbour town that sits nearby and presents plenty of options for dining out after a long, rewarding walk. From here you can also embark on a sea safari boat trip or visit the fascinating National Lobster Hatchery.
