The peaceful property boasts a stunning garden, with ample space for children to play, and enjoys far-reaching sea views. The sandy, family-friendly beach is less than 0.5 miles away, and you’ll also be just 2 miles from the popular harbour town of Padstow.
The single-storey, home-away-from-home has been lovingly decorated with cute accessories and pretty soft furnishing to complement the surrounding coastal landscape. The sociable, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a choice of seating areas for watching the Smart TV, with Sky Sports or curling up in the glow of the wood burner. A stylish kitchen area is tucked away at the rear of the room, and there’s a large, farmhouse-style dining table for sharing family mealtimes with a sea view. The property has three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom and a handy utility room complete the accommodation. Outside, a sunny patio area awaits, with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Steps lead from here to an attractive, enclosed garden, with a large lawn, sun loungers, and storage for surfboards.
The village of Trevone has a number of tearooms and a cosy pub to refuel in after a day at the beach or, alternatively, head into Padstow to sample some delicious local seafood in one of the many independent restaurants. The beach at Trevone Bay is perfect for families, with shallow waters for bathing, soft, golden sand, and fascinating rock pools for the kids to investigate. Just along the coast, at Newtrain Bay, you’ll also find a magnificent tidal pool. The area is a haven for walkers, with the South West Coast Path passing through the village, offering breathtaking views and fabulous wildlife-watching opportunities.
