Outdoors: Lawned garden, patio, garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking : Driveway for 2-3 cars and five-bar gate.
Family facilities:  Not provided but may be hired - see  hire page .
Pets:  £25 per pet per week  Information about bringing your pet.
General: Electricity and oil included in rent; open fire downstairs sitting room; woodburning stove upstairs sitting room; oil fired c.h./hot water, PV solar panels.
Important notes:  No smoking.
Changeover time:  Arrival 4:00pm - departure - 10am.
