"Although we didn't get to use the pool (Not Heated) the lights in the pool were very calming at night as the water color changed from blue to purple to green. Our 4 Poms enjoyed the yard and luckily we brought pet gates with us because there were a couple of gaps in the fence's gates that our little one could have squeezed through. We enjoyed the lanai in the mornings with our coffee and playing cards at the dinning table off the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. I was able to relax and fall right to sleep. Michael is the perfect host. Always available and his recommendations were spot on Enjoyed dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse and the Grilled Salmon at Texas Roadhouse made me want to have it for breakfast the next day. If you love Golden D apples, Winn Dixie has the best. The pastries at Publix were yummy and I was at home shopping at Home Goods and Marshalls. We plan to come back to Palm Bay next summer and if this house is available we will definitely book it. Michael is the BEST!!!!!!"

""Hidden Gem" really is a hidden gem. Within the suburbs of Palm Bay, this house is very comfortable and roomy.Bedrooms - rooms are comfortable. Some of the beds were a little squeaky, but otherwise comfortable. There was a sheet and a light comforter on each bed, but there were extras in the closets in case we needed more. Closets had hangers, windows could be opened, each room has a fan.Bathrooms - clean, comfortable, good hot water. There were 2 showers and both were comfortable. The large one in the master bathroom has a removable handle - excellent for little kids.Kitchen - clean, well-stocked with cooking and eating supplies. The coffee maker is programmable and had plenty of coffee filters. The stove, oven, and microwave work well. The fridge is fantastic! The spices provided are salt and pepper, so if you plan to cook, you may want to bring your own spices. There is a deep sink with disposal and there is a dishwasher with detergent and soap provided. There were adequate kitchen towels pot holders for cooking. There was a roll of paper towels, as well.Main living area - very open. There is an odd step from the entryway, so be aware if you have mobility issues. There are smart TVs in every room, but be aware that the remote controls may control more than one TV. You log yourself in to streaming services.Garage - nice big with washer dryer and detergent provided.Patio - Entirely fenced in. Pool is heated and very nice! Communication - excellent!"
