The home boasts a bright, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, high-end finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. A gourmet kitchen, expansive dining room, and sleek wet bar make it perfect for entertaining, while four en-suite bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for every guest.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the private backyard is a serene oasis surrounded by lush landscaping and enclosed for ultimate privacy. A sparkling new pool and spa take center stage, complemented by a cozy firepit and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a Hestan grill, refrigerator, and sink. The thoughtfully designed garden by Tim P. Turner includes unique touches like a mango tree and passionfruit vine, creating a space that feels both luxurious and inviting.

Multiple lounge areas provide the perfect setting for enjoying the beautiful desert weather, from sunbathing by the pool to dining al fresco under the stars.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Light, airy, and impeccably designed, the Webb House features an open-concept floor plan with high ceilings and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoors and outdoors. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Smeg range, built-in Jennair column refrigerator and freezer, and a large pantry stocked with all the essentials for entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a striking walnut table and stylish brass and leather chairs, seating up to 10. A sleek wet bar, fully stocked with cocktail and wine glasses, a beverage refrigerator, ice maker, and glassware dishwasher, adds a touch of Mad Men-inspired flair to the space.

The living room offers a plush sectional, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, while a wall of sliding glass doors connects the indoor living areas to the outdoor spaces.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the four bedrooms is a private sanctuary, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms feature king beds, and the fourth has two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The luxurious primary suite opens directly to the pool area and features an oversized bathroom with a walk-in shower, an outdoor spa retreat with a soaking tub, and an outdoor shower. A second bedroom suite also includes its own private outdoor shower, offering a truly unique experience.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway in Our Favorite Neighborhood

We loved our stay at this fantastic home in the Las Palmas neighborhood—our favorite area in Palm Springs. It's perfectly located near downtown, hiking trails, and all the fun. But you could just as easily stay at the house swimming, lounging by the pool with a book, and cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen. The home is beautifully designed—modern and stylish without being overdone—and the check-in process was seamless. It has all the comforts you want in a Palm Springs getaway. Our new favorite rental—we’ll definitely be back!
