Fantastic fully equipped apartment, 70 square meters plus two terraces, one of 10 meters and another with barbecue and solarium, of 18 square meters.
"American" type kitchen completely open to the dining room very comfortable and equipped.
Living room on two levels with access to the terrace. Rooms with mosquito protection in the windows.
Family and quiet community, with a great pool. It is less than 150 meters from the water of a beach between fine sand dunes. "La Platja del Grau", is ideal for surfing, paddle surfing and winsurfing, or simply sunbathe peacefully lying on the sand. Private parking space within the farm. Area included in the Natural Park MontgrĂ­-Illes Medes. Walks between rice fields and abundant wildlife that delight young and old 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
It has a "Storage room" with surfboards, body surfing, paddle and bicycles completely free for our guests to enjoy the wonderful and healthy environment 100%!

Logement trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  2 pas de la plage. Le soleil n'Ă©tait pas au rdv, donc pas chaud dans l'appartement, mais heureusement un petit chauffage d'appoint nous a Ă©tĂ© prĂȘtĂ©. L'accueil est trĂšs chaleureux. Merci beaucoup 😊

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this apartment. Location is great for families with children, next to the beach, a short drive from beautiful little villages and a very quiet and peaceful location. The communal pool and gardens and also a plus. We are already thinking about returning. Communication with the host easy and fast reply. A pleasure!

Hemos pasado en familia 3 dias fantasticos en este apartamento,las zonas comunitarias muy limpias y bien cuidadas,la piscina muy correcta a 5 minutos a pie de la Playa,el apartamento limpio,acojedor y muy luminoso con dos terrazas una con vistas a la piscina y la otra a las Islas Medas sin duda para repetir. Y un gran detalle teniamos a nuestra disposicion bicicletas,patinetes tablas de surf . Y agradecer a Monica su atencion y amabilidad siempre dispuesta a que la estancia fuera perfecta.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos y MĂłnica es una anfitriona de 10. Espacioso y con dos terrazas con unas vistas espectaculares al campo de golf, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y de un supermercado. UrbanizaciĂłn tranquila y la piscina con poca gente. La casa esta muy bien equipada, quizĂĄs lo Ășnico que hechamos en falta fue la ausencia de productos de limpieza. Sin duda repetiriamos!

Monica y Xavi son encantadores, disponible y dispuestos a aconsejarte para pasar un momento estupendo en Pals ! El piso se encuentra en una urbanizacion idealmente ubicada a pocos metros de la palta y muy bien cuidada . La unica pega , pero importante, es la cama de matrimonio , muy pequeña e incomoda , que no nos ha permitiro descansar bien durante estas vacaciones ! Sin esto seria un sitio ideal . Gracias tambien para las bicis que son un plus importante !

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Golfplatz, aber auch nur rd. 300m vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist meines Erachtens (Waschmaschine, GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine, 2 Terrassen, zahlreiches Geschirr etc.) ĂŒberdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Positiv ist auch, dass man zahlreiche FahrrĂ€der des Vermieters mitnutzen kann. Vom Balkon (SĂŒdwestlage) hat man eine schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz und in das Landesinnere. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle erwĂ€hnen, dass meine Rezension deutlich von der Nachsaison im Oktober geprĂ€gt ist. In der gesamten Anlage waren noch rd. 3-4 Familien, der Rest der Wohnungen war unbewohnt. Probleme mit ParkplĂ€tzen gab es nirgendwo. Der Swimmingpool gehörte uns mehr oder weniger alleine. Da das Wetter – bis auf eine Starkregenphase (siehe unten) sehr angenehm war (rd. 18 – 26 Grad Celsius) konnte man noch viel unternehmen. Auch die Dachterrasse möchte ich positiv hervorheben, die mit angenehmen Temperaturen im Oktober zum Verweilen einlĂ€dt. Einziger Nachteil der Nebensaison: Die gesamte Infrastruktur in der fußlĂ€ufigen Umgebung (Restaurants, SupermĂ€rkte) waren bereits geschlossen. Man musste demnach immer nach Els Masos del Pals fahren, um dort im Eurospar oder Jodofi einzukaufen. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir hĂ€ufig zu anderen StrĂ€nden gefahren sind (Mein Favorit: Tamariu) oder Wanderungen unternommen haben und auf dem RĂŒckweg ohnehin an den besagten SupermĂ€rkten vorbei kamen. Obwohl wir die Vermieterin nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben (die Einweisung in die Wohnung hat uns ihr Sohn ermöglicht), hat sie sich ĂŒber WhatsApp rĂŒhrend um uns gekĂŒmmert. Beispielweise hat sie uns vor einem Generalstreik in Katalonien gewarnt (das hĂ€tten wir so nicht mitbekommen) und sogar angeboten, Lebensmittel fĂŒr uns zu kaufen (das konnten wir dann selber erledigen) oder sie hat uns auf eine Starkregenwetterlage hingewiesen (tatsĂ€chlich fielen in 2 Tagen rd. 150 Liter Wasser pro qm. Auch hier war es ratsam, sich VorrĂ€te anzulegen.). DafĂŒr noch einmal vielen Dank. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Monica in het schone en mooi gelegen appartement. Prachtig uitzicht achter, vlakbij het strand. Gratis fietsen tot onze beschikking. Mooi dakterras. Iets te rustig misschien eind september. Supermarkt vlakbij al dicht maar met de auto hoef je nooit ver in deze mooie omgeving. Kortom; gewoon zeer de moeite waard!

Wir waren im Juli/August 2019 fĂŒr zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft, und haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung hĂ€lt genau das, was in der Beschreibung angegeben wird. Es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch das Extrazimmer neben der Dachterrasse ist trotz der heißen Temperaturen im Sommer sehr gut zu nutzen. Der Pool ist direkt vor der TĂŒr, und es war herrlich, sich dort aufzuhalten, auch die Liegewiese rund um den Pool war sehr schön. Nach zwei Minuten Fußweg war man schon am Strand, geht man dann noch etwas nach rechts weiter, ist man auch nicht in dem Trubel, der vom Campingplatz ausgeht. Der Strand ist wunderbar, sehr sauber. Der nahegelegene Jodofi Supermarkt ( ca. 2 Minuten ) hat alles was man braucht, fĂŒr den Großeinkauf gibt es noch einen Euro-Spar in der NĂ€he. Die Landschaft und Umgebung ist ein Traum, schöne kleine Dörfer ( Pals oder Palafrugell z.B. ) oder auch Girona sind einen kleinen Abstecher wert. Wir wĂŒrden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, was auch daran liegt, das Monica und ihr Mann Xavi fantastische Gastgeber waren. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns alles erklĂ€rt, und auch spĂ€ter kamen immer wieder WhatsApp Nachrichten mit Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge oder Ähnliches. Vielen Dank Euch beiden, Ihr seid super!!!!

Prima accommodatie, zee makkelijk bereikbaar straat oversteken. Voldoende supermarkten in omgeving, dorpjes om te bezoeken in de buurt. In de wijk zelf is weinig aanwezig op het gebied van restaurant, of winkeltjes hiervoor is een auto vereist. Op sommige dagen in de avond hard geluid van nabije camping ivm animatie, dit zou als storend ervaren kunnen worden. Contactpersoon zeer aardig en behulpzaam en makkelijk bereikbaar via app. We hebben genoten.

Pals est une commune calme et jolie. L' appartement est à proximité de la plage, belle piscine commune, terrasse avec vue sur le golf. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, attentionnés et aimables. Seul bémol 3Úme chambre à l'étage communiquant uniquement avec terrasse extérieure.

The possibility to borrow bicycles was great. The area was pieceful and we had almost the beach and the pool on our own 😊. Very nice view from terrace. Kitchen was very well equipped. If something were to be improved it would be mosquitonet for bedroom balconydoor due no aircondition and very warm nights.

Wir waren im Mai 2019 hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr schnell hergestellt, wenn es erforderlich war. Aber eigentlich gab es hierfĂŒr keine AnlĂ€sse. Sehr nett waren die Tipps und Empfehlungen fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten und Termine in der nĂ€heren Umgebung. Auch sehr schön, dass wir FahrrĂ€der ausleihen konnten, um die Nachbardörfer zu besuchen. Nach Pals könnte man in etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, was ein schöner Spaziergang war. Auch direkt an der Strandpromenade und deren VerlĂ€ngerung bis zu den Vororten von Pals lĂ€sst es sich schön laufen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist super hĂŒbsch und sehr gepflegt. Die gesamte Umgebung ist Großartig! Tolle Lage. Monica die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Kommunikation hat super geklappt! Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben Aug/Sept 2018 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet im 2.Stock. Der Balkon lĂ€d morgens zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit Blick auf romantische HĂŒgel und WĂ€lder ein. Auf dem Sonnendeck im 3. Stock (vom Balkon aus erreichbar) kann man sich tagsĂŒber bruzzeln lassen. Angenehm war der große Pool der sehr gepflegten Anlage. Es war außerordentlich ruhig (abgesehen von sehr wenigen Abenden, an denen vom Campinplatz etwas Musik zu hören war). Das Auto konnten wir auf dem eingezĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck sicher unterbringen. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Es ist nicht notwendig, Lidl&Aldi aufzusuchen und den importierten bayerischen SchmierkĂ€se zu kaufen. Der gemeine Teutone neigt ja ab und zu dazu... Es gibt Richtung Figueras einen RaĂŒl-Supermarkt und in Palafrugell z.B. den Esclat. ErnĂ€hrt euch von regionalen Produkten und unterstĂŒtzt die lokalen MĂ€rkte. Viel los war zu unserer Urlaubszeit wenig. Es war sehr ruhig. Man kann jedoch super schöne AusflĂŒge unternehmen. Pals, Petatallada und Begur sollte man sich auf alle FĂ€lle anschauen. Der Strand war mega schön, das Wasser klar. Wir haben unterwegs in Valence ĂŒbernachtet. Hier kann ich das Premier Classe Nord empfehlen. Es liegt sehr verkehrsgĂŒnstig und ist von Preis/Leistung nahezu unschlagbar (70€ fĂŒr 2 Zimmer). Spanien kann ich ohne weiteres empfehlen. Ich wurde entschleunigt! Die Menschen sind sehr nett und die Region um Pals ist wunderschön. Besonders erwĂ€hnen möchte ich noch Monica. Sie ist echt lieb und hat uns bei Bedarf jederzeit geholfen. Die Kommunikation ĂŒber whatsapp war mit ihr einfach. In irgendeinem Kommentar habe ich gelesen, dass die Wohnung abgewohnt sei. Das möchte ich so nicht unterschreiben. Ich wĂŒrde es eher als sĂŒdlĂ€ndisches Flair bezeichnen. Wer damit nicht klar kommt sollte besser nach z.B. St. Peter-Ording gehen (sorry, liebe SPO-dinger, ihr seid auch lieb aber bei euch geht es eben voll geregelt zu nicht böse sein...). Sodele, nun trĂ€umen wir noch ein paar Tage von Pals.
