  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful location. Very clean and comfortable. View was spectacular. Beach access was excellent. Check in process was a bit confusing but staff was great. We did not receive email access codes until we arrived and one of the staff members sent it upon check in. Overall…very nice place to stay.

I would never in a million yrs think that I would love the smell of bleach/ clean spot. We we walked in, we could tell the spot had been clean. And oh, the natural sunlight (I would say a pandoramic view) was amazing!!!

7 out of 10. Just ok. Last minute booking so there wasn’t many options to choose from. Unit was clean on arrival but had a slight musty smell. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge kept items cold. TVs were easy to use. Rental company was easy to communicate with.
