Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very welcoming and eventful home to stay at! They had everything you could think of to enjoy here, endless games, hot tub and outside items like kayaks-fishing poles- a grill- boogie boards to enjoy! We will definitely be coming back for another trip :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house on the West end, beach access 69 on a dead end road. You do have neighbors on one side with just a fence for separation. The yard itself is beautiful and has a great setup to relax. The primary bed is very firm and the queen bed is quite comfy. The queen bedroom is the only one with a tv. The kitchen has everything you need. We have rented from Emerald Beach Rentals for several years and they are great to work with.

The front porch was great for drinking coffee in the morning. The golf cart was awesome for going to the beach! We had a great time!

When we pulled up we were first greeted by the brand new golf cart that was absolutely beautiful and brand new and fully charged! We walked in and it was everything we could of asked for. The place was cleaned to perfection! The location was perfect to. Nestled away from busy condos was the best choice, but not far at all from everything. We loved the privacy of the home and really got to relax and enjoy the home alot! Much needed and will definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosted us! We took very good care of your beautiful home!
