The condition of the hotel interior is dark, shabby and in need of a revamp. Staff lovely & very helpful. Pool area lovely. Food variety poor. Coffee & orange juice unpalatable

Low standard hotel. No A/C in comfort rooms, and renting A/C is possible, but takes time and is expensive. Deposits charged for everything (towels, deposit box, A/C…) so obviously do not trust guests.

I think most people will agree the hotel needs an upgrade. It is very dated in certain areas and has loads of potential. There needs to be better information in the dining area for food intolerances, especially gluten free items. The breakfast options were not great, unless you like tinned fruit that looked like it had been opened a couple of days ago and the cold drinks machines were dreadful, just having some fresh juice and bottled water would make a big difference. The hot food at breakfast was luke warm, I think some of the hot plates must have been faulty. The guys in the bar, reception and pool area were doing the best job they could, but with the acknowledgement they are having to deal with outdated equipment.

Where is the AC???

Not good. In the room description there is a clear mention that the type of room I reserved had air conditioned, but that is not the case. They only provide a fan (mine was full of dust in the cover grids). Staying / sleeping in a room for 5 days with no AC, with temperatures in the range of 30ºC is not acceptable. Mattress was awful and the solution (a topper) did not help at all. I will not comment on anything else because this two factors, especially the false advertising of AC, where in themselves reason to be very frustrated.

Veldig fornøyd

Bodde her 7 netter. Hotellet er eldre men fremstår godt vedlikeholdt. Service og personal var veldig bra. God plass ved bassenget. Hotellet har en veldig fin takterrasse som vi benyttet oss mye av. Vi hadde bestilt frokost og middag. Noe skuffende dette. Reiser gjerne igjen hit, men kommer ikke til spise på hotellet. Det ligger i et rolig og koselig område med mange gode spisesteder innrn kort avstand.

Le personnel a été adorable tout au long de notre séjour, l'appartement était propre. La piscine était propre et entretenue. Notre séjour a été excellent, de l'animation tous les soirs différente. Quelques carreaux au sol dans l'appartement commencent à fissurer, c'est la seule chose que je peux dire sur l'état de l'établissement. L'Hôtel est bien situé, proche plages et la supérette juste à côté est bien pratique.

For a 3 star the hotel is simply amazing just lacks air conditioning they just supply you with a fan. Food was amazing different theme every night and plenty to choose from. You can swap dinner for lunch if your planning a night away which is great. Downfall all extras go on tab and you pay at the end of your stay and it’s situated in the sticks so if your wanting to go out you have to either walk the hill for the local bus which costs €1.50 or a taxi which varies to where you want to go.
