Great spot

We had a great time staying at this resort. The room had a fantastic view, the pool was great, easy access ro the vlbeaxh and great restaurant on site. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean, condo! We love Edgewater. We stay here several times a year. This condo also has a great view. The furniture could be arranged a little differently in the living room. One side is full of furniture, and the other side is empty. It would also be nice to have 4 dining chairs instead of 2 nice chairs and then some cheap folding chairs. But definitely not a deal breaker for us. Everything else was nice! I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice for the most part. Couches weren't very comfortable and not much seating in the livingroom for 6 people. Nice view, nice area, enjoyed Edgewater Resort. Melissa was very nice and easy to contact when we needed anything.

No complaints about this condo! It was very clean. The host was easy to work with and contact. Everything worked great as stated. I would definitely stay again!! The resort is wonderful too! Beachfront with awesome pool & spa and restaurant and poolside tiki bar. Loved it!

Our stay was awesome ! Everything was as advertised, and Melissa ( property manager) was on point with every question that came about she was always a phone call away . Condo was very clean as well. Check out was simple ; couldn’t ask for anything more smoother . We will definitely be staying again .

Property was wonderful pool was amazing! The condo itself was nice but needs more seating to accommodate 8 people and the chairs on the balcony need replaced there worn out and have screws coming out of them. But overall very nice place would definitely stay here again

There were a couple of minor concerns not significant enough to call out here. Condo was as advertise. Location was everything! Super convenient,restaurants and stores within walking distance. If decide to stay-in at the Resort had everything needed; pools beach restaurant (good food and cocktails ). Without a doubt I would stay here again.

We had a great time but there needs to be more seating for a family of 7-8 people. We tried watching a movie but there wasn’t enough seating on the couch for everyone. We had to sit on stools or a folding chair at the dining room table.

AMAZING Stay and AMAZING Host

Our family of 4, on Spring Break booked this condo. It beyond exceeded our expectations. The host was so quick to answer our questions and the property was so wonderful. We've vacationed in other locations in Florida and this resort reminded us of some of the luxury Resorts we've stayed at in Cabo and Cancun. IT WAS GORGEOUS. We cannot wait to return! The beach was so clean and shells a plenty every morning. The pool area was very well kept and very clean, lots of lounge chairs. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. The beds were great! My husband has a bad back and slept so well. The little convenience store has ice cream and Starbucks and lots of things you may have forgotten to pack. It was nice to get a treat in the afternoon's after we were done enjoying the water.

It’s good until it isn’t

The location is awesome and the view is amazing. The property is as pictured. The property itself gets 5 stars. There was a leak in the ceiling for 5 out of 8 days we were there. The leak was reported, pictures sent and nothing was done to alleviate the issue. We couldn’t close the door on the 2nd bedroom unless we moved our cooler that was being used to catch the leaking water. We also had a realtor come by to show the property to prospective buyers. She was told multiple times that we didn’t want her showing the property while we were there and entered the property anyway. I found this to be intrusive, unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. This was also reported and yet again nothing was done.

We were very excited to get to the property but as we walked in the door that excitement quickly went away. This unit had not been cleaned since the last group left. There was sand literally all over the unit. Look, have have stayed before and understand the sand is a constant battle but it was literally piled up in multiple areas. Even on top of the counters and coffee tables. There was a wine bottle still on the counter with wine spilled. The door to the deck was also broke. Now that’s a pretty big deal but especially important when you have three kids, ages 7, 5, and 22 months. I called the property manager and she tried to act like no one had told her I would be there but isn’t that her job??? She came over, apologized and clean the unit but she did not do a good job. My little girls, ages 5 & 7 told their mother and I the very first night there was sand in their beds. Also the door to the balcony never got fixed. I am very disappointed and feel like this had a very negative impact to the enjoyability of our trip. I was offer a gift card and and some coupons I didn’t even want or need. It actually amazes me I still had to pay for something I don’t feel I should have.

Great location and view.

No issues, great location and property. Only downside was Gulf was closed most of week due to rip tide risk. Outdoor pool is large and beautiful but not heated so just be aware if going during colder times. First week of April was still chilly.

Stayed for a baseball tournament

Me and my 3 teenagers were visiting PCB for a baseball tournament. This place was perfect! Great location. Great host. Great view. We had a wonderful long weekend and were very comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again!
